Fresno County, CA – On the morning of Monday, December 1, 2025, a three-vehicle crash resulted in multiple injuries, including one woman who was ejected from her vehicle, according to KSEE.
The California Highway Patrol reports that the accident took place around 7:30 AM at the intersection of Hayes and McKinley avenues.
Authorities said the crash began when a northbound Chevrolet Silverado stopped at a stop sign and then entered the intersection, colliding with a westbound minivan. The impact caused the Silverado to strike a third vehicle before ultimately crashing into a power pole.
CHP reported that a woman involved in the crash was ejected from her vehicle. She sustained injuries described as non-life-threatening and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
Several other individuals involved in the collision were also taken to local hospitals, though their current conditions have not been released.
Officers continue to investigate the circumstances of the crash to determine how the sequence of collisions occurred.
Personal Injury Claims & Comparative Negligence
Determining fault in a collision can involve multiple factors, and under California’s Comparative Negligence rule, several parties can share partial responsibility. Should evidence reveal that another party contributed to the injuries, victims may be eligible to file a Personal Injury Claim with the responsible party’s insurance, which can provide compensation for medical bills and lost wages during recovery.
