Visalia is home to many people who enjoy biking as recreation and also as a form of travel. There are many biking trails in Visalia for cyclists to ride safely and enjoy Visalia’s many sights, from the Saint Johns River Trail to the Skyline Trail in the foothills. Sometimes, cyclists have to enter traffic as they make their way to towns and cities for work, fun, and many other reasons. In these situations, an accident involving a passenger vehicle could happen within seconds and lead to devastating results.
Bicyclists have no protection from harm in the event of an accident involving a motor vehicle, which means that the results can be deadly. Losing a loved one in a bicycle accident can be unexpected and traumatic for families. Understanding your legal options after these enormous losses can sometimes help you financially as you are grieving.
