Bakersfield is home to many pedestrians who walk to get from one place to the next every single day. From Hart Park to The Park at River Walk, there are many places for pedestrians to walk where they are away from the dangers of vehicles. It is true, however, that pedestrians will need to get to many places in the city at times. This can lead to a serious accident with devastating consequences within seconds.
Though drivers are supposed to watch out for pedestrians at all times, this does not always happen and pedestrian accidents happen monthly in Bakersfield. When a pedestrian accident occurs, it can lead to severe consequences, including the loss of life in a loved one. Families who sustain these losses are urged to seek legal help as soon as possible after an accident.
