On Tuesday morning, a man was killed in a fatal car accident that happened at an intersection in Fresno. ABC30 reported that the collision happened after 11 a.m. at the intersection of Dinuba Avenue and West Avenue just east of Raisin City on September 26, 2023.
California Highway Patrol officials responded to the scene, where they discovered that two vehicles collided at the intersection. Two men were in a sedan when their vehicle slammed into a pickup truck at the intersection, causing both vehicles to veer off the roadway and into a nearby orchard. Both vehicles sustained extensive damage in the accident.
Paramedics arrived on scene to help those involved in the accident. The male driver of the pickup truck was tragically pronounced dead on scene. The other two men in the sedan sustained major injuries and were hospitalized, though their current conditions are not known.
