Several people were hurt after a collision involving a semi-truck rollover in western Fresno Thursday morning. The Fresno Bee reports the accident happened around 6 a.m. along Highway 99 near the Olive Avenue interchange on December 9, 2021.
The California Highway Patrol says a big rig pulling a box truck was struck by a vehicle and ended up on its side. The truck came to rest in the fast lane against the southbound center median. A third vehicle was also struck in the chain-reaction crash.
Officers say the drivers of all three vehicles were injured. The injuries were reported as ranging from minor to moderate. California Highway Patrol investigators are looking into the circumstances surrounding the accident.
