November 6, 2026, Merced, CA: Two vehicles were involved in an accident that led to injuries at a Merced intersection on Friday afternoon.
According to California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at 12:41 p.m. at the intersection of Bloss Avenue and Griffith Avenue. Police confirmed that a white Ford Mustang and a black Kia Forte were involved in an accident with one another, leading to extensive damages in both.
Paramedics and several other responders were called to the scene. One or more parties were injured and rushed to the hospital for treatment. Their conditions are not yet known.
