October 26, 2026, Fresno, CA: A man was tragically killed in a pedestrian accident on a Fresno highway on Monday morning.
According to ABC30, the accident occurred around 7 a.m. on Highway 180 near the area of Cedar Avenue. Police confirmed that a man was crossing the highway westbound when he was suddenly struck by the driver of a vehicle. The driver immediately stopped and remained on scene.
Several responders were called to the scene to help. The man was tragically pronounced dead on scene as a result of his injuries. Nobody else was injured.
No further details have been released at this time. The investigation into the collision continues.
