Modesto Car Accidents and Wrongful Death and Personal Injury Claims
While no amount of money can replace the life of a child, a wrongful death claim made against the at-fault driver’s insurance provider can offer support for grieving families. A wrongful death claim can provide compensation for damages such as funeral expenses and the trauma experienced by having lost a daughter.
As for the surviving victim, the settlement from a personal injury claim can offer compensation for medical expenses — including surgeries, physical rehabilitation, permanent scarring, and mobility equipment — as well as pain and suffering.
