October 7, 2026, San Luis Obispo, CA: A two-vehicle injury accident took place at an intersection in San Luis Obispo on Wednesday afternoon.
According to California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at 2:27 p.m. at the intersection of US-101 and Grand Avenue. Police confirmed that a gray sedan and a gray Nissan Rogue collided with each other in the area due to reasons that are not yet known.
Paramedics and several other responders were called to the scene to help. One or more parties were taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
Due to the severity of the accident, several lanes of traffic were blocked for some time.
