Bakersfield, CA – On the evening of Tuesday, April 21, 2026, a pedestrian collision resulted in Roshanda Jones, 26, of Bakersfield, losing her life, according to KGET.
The Bakersfield Police Department reports that the accident took place in the 1500 block of Feliz Drive, west of Simpson Road.
Authorities said Jones was walking in the area when she was struck by a vehicle at an unknown time.
