April 23, 2026, Fresno, CA: Injuries were reported in a two-vehicle injury crash that took place at an intersection in Fresno on Thursday afternoon.
According to California Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at 2:16 p.m. at the intersection of Chestnut Avenue and Barrett Avenue. Police confirmed that two vehicles were traveling in the area when they were involved in a collision at the intersection due to reasons that are not fully known. Both vehicles were badly damaged and towed from the scene, including one, which traveled close to a nearby canal.
