March 11 2026, Visalia, CA: Injuries stemmed from a multi-vehicle collision that occurred on a highway in Visalia on Wednesday afternoon.
According to Visalia Stringer, the accident happened around 4:49 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of CA-198 around the Plaza exit. Police confirmed that three vehicles were involved in a chain-reaction collision. The vehicle in front, a silver sedan, suffered its back end completely crushed in as a result of the force.
Paramedics and several other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more parties were hurt as a result of the accident. The injured parties were rushed to the hospital for treatment of their injuries, though their conditions are not yet known.
