March 12, 2026, Lindsay, CA: One person tragically lost their life in a fatal collision on a major Lindsay highway on Thursday morning.
According to Visalia Stringer, the accident occurred at 6:28 a.m. in the southbound lanes of Highway 68 near the area of Lindmore. Two Ford pickup trucks collided with one another in the area due to reasons that remain under investigation by police.
One person was tragically pronounced dead as a result of injuries caused by the collision. It is not known if any other parties were hurt in the accident.
Police urged those traveling through the area to use an alternate route until the scene was cleared.
No further details have been released. The investigation into the circumstances of the accident remains ongoing.
