Fresno, CA – On the evening of Sunday, November 23, 2025, a pedestrian lost his life after being struck by a vehicle in north Fresno, according to KSEE.
The Fresno Police Department reports that the accident took place around 6:00 PM near the intersection of Bullard Avenue and First Street.
Authorities said the pedestrian, believed to have been unhoused, was walking west on Bullard Avenue when he was hit by an oncoming vehicle just west of the intersection. Responding officers provided first aid before he was transported to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Police stated that drugs or alcohol do not appear to have been a factor in the crash, and the driver is cooperating with investigators. The victim has not been officially identified.
Authorities are asking anyone who may have witnessed the collision to contact the Fresno Police Department to aid in the investigation.
