Kern County, CA – On the morning of Tuesday, November 11, 2025, a two-vehicle crash in the Lamont area left at least one person with major injuries, according to KBAK.
The California Highway Patrol reports that the accident took place around 8:30 AM near the intersection of South Fairfax Road and Buena Vista Boulevard.
Authorities said a grey Ford Ranger pickup truck and a blue Toyota sedan were involved in the collision. Preliminary information indicates that the driver of the Toyota may have been under the influence of alcohol. A passenger in the Toyota reportedly left the scene in another vehicle.
At least two people were transported by ambulance to local hospitals, with one individual suffering major injuries. Officials also noted that one of the people involved is a pregnant woman, though it is unclear if she sustained any injuries.
