September 28, 2025, Fresno, CA: A pedestrian is in critical condition following an accident that took place in Fresno on Sunday afternoon.
The accident, according to Your Central Valley, occurred around 12:15 p.m. on Blackstone Avenue near the area of Gettysburg Avenue. Police confirmed that a man was walking in the area when he fell into the street. A city bus didn’t see him and it struck him with its right rear tires.
When emergency responders arrived on scene, they found that the adult male pedestrian in his 60s was struck in his upper right body. He sustained a significant arm injury and was rushed to the hospital. He remains there in critical condition.
