July 31, 2025, Fresno, CA: A car accident involving two vehicles took place on a highway in Fresno on Thursday afternoon.
The accident, according to the California Highway Patrol, happened at 4:09 p.m. in the southbound lanes of SR-99 around the area of Clinton Avenue. Police confirmed that a white Mustang and a white transit van collided in the area due to reasons that remain under investigation. It is believed that one of the vehicles may have been speeding at the time.
One or more parties were injured in the accident. The injured parties were hospitalized, though their current conditions are not known.
