Damages in a Fresno Truck Accident
Any accident involving a truck can lead to extensive property damage, injuries, and an emotional toll that an individual never expected. Because of many regulations and rules put in place by the trucking industry, it can be difficult to prove who is at fault for an accident. However, there could be several at-fault parties named in a lawsuit. If you are able to successfully identify liable parties, you can move forward with a successful claim.
Here are some of the damages that could be available in an accident claim:
- Medical expenses you incurred or could incur in the future due to your injuries
- Lost income and future lost wages due to missed time at work
- Pain and suffering damages
- Loss of enjoyment of life
It can also be challenging to deal with the big-name insurance companies after a truck crash, which is why speaking with an attorney can help you in many ways.
