San Jose motorists all face the same risks when other drivers and motorcycle riders get careless. Drivers can forget to look in both directions before entering a roadway. Motorists may allow themselves to become distracted by a cell phone text and could have no idea what’s going on around them.
Motorcyclists and drivers can also choose to speed and increase the chances of a devastating accident. Victims can suffer broken bones and other traumatic injuries. They may also suffer injuries that aren’t diagnosed right away, only to experience pain in the days that follow.

Support for San Jose Accident Victims
Accident victims forced into dangerous collisions can face long and expensive recoveries from injuries. A crash might leave a motorist with long-lasting injuries like broken arms or legs and spine and back damage. The recovery costs might quickly reach well over a thousand dollars if not tens of thousands of dollars.
Victims should never be expected to cover these costs when a reckless motorist is to blame. Victims and their close loved ones can file an injury claim against the at-fault motorist’s insurance company. This civil claim secures support for hospital bills, emergency response fees, and the lost wages suffered during recovery. The emotional trauma experienced by a victim in a frightening crash and during a difficult recovery should qualify for additional support.
