Traveling on dark Tulare County roads in the early morning hours can leave safe drivers vulnerable to the reckless decisions of others. Impaired drivers are sometimes out on the roads in the morning. They may be behind the wheel after a night of drinking or drug use.
A motorist with blurred judgment can quickly veer out of a lane or forget to hit the brakes and put other drivers and passengers in jeopardy. A collision can leave victims with serious wounds and place their lives in jeopardy.

Finding Support for Tulare County DUI Accident Victims
Drivers and passengers injured in car accidents must focus on their recovery and shouldn’t be put into a position to worry about how medical bills will get paid. Victims and their families must explore filing an injury claim against an at-fault driver’s car insurance provider to have these expenses fully covered.
This claim seeks help for victims in the form of money to pay all hospital bills. Support to cover the loss of income victims face while forced to be away from their jobs must also factor in.
When a DUI suspect is involved in an accident, victims don’t have to wait to seek fair compensation for what they’ve been through. Suspects will face a criminal hearing, but patients and their families can go ahead and file a civil claim for damages. The criminal trial will be separate and is decided as a separate case.
