Drivers on rural roads across Kern County may not meet a lot of traffic as they travel. Yet, drivers must always be wary of any motorist they approach in the opposite lanes. With not much more than yellow lines separating traffic, cars can pass very close to each other.
Anytime drivers have allowed themselves to become careless or reckless, their vehicles can easily end up in the path of oncoming traffic. A head-on collision is one devastating result that leaves drivers and passengers at risk of losing their lives.

Support for Families After a Kern County Collision
Families who are left to grieve the loss of a loved one in a car crash can also end up vulnerable to financial harm in the weeks and months to come. Close relatives can receive enormous bills for a funeral and also be charged for emergency response.
A wrongful death claim filed against an at-fault driver’s auto insurance company asks for support for these expenses and more. This civil claim also seeks help for the family in the future when close relatives will have to continue life without the emotional and financial support the deceased had always provided.
