Solano County, CA – On the morning of Friday, July 31, 2026, a head-on collision resulted in the deaths of Noe Garcia Flores, 22, and his brother Heriberto Garcia Flores, 25, both of Modesto, and Tony Hadad, 29, of Dixon, according to KRON.
The California Highway Patrol reports that the accident took place around 6:35 AM on Route 113 just north of Hay Road, south of Dixon.
Authorities said a red GMC pickup truck driven by one of the Garcia Flores brothers was allegedly speeding and passing other vehicles when it crossed into the opposing lanes, sideswiped multiple vehicles, and collided head-on with a gray Ram pickup truck driven by Hadad.
Both Garcia Flores brothers, who were traveling together in the GMC, died at the scene, as did Hadad. The Solano County Coroner’s Office formally identified all three victims following the crash.
A SigAlert was issued closing all lanes of Route 113 north of Hay Road in both directions, with the roadway reopened at approximately 10:15 AM.
The investigation remains ongoing.
