Wasco Truck Accidents and Personal Injury Claims
California law follows the principle of comparative negligence. This means that even if a driver is found partially at fault for failing to yield before making a turn, the driver and passengers may still pursue compensation if the negligence of another party, such as the big rig driver, also contributed to the crash. Investigators with California law enforcement examine the actions of both drivers to determine what role each may have played.
Those injured in this collision may have the right to pursue a personal injury claim. A personal injury claim can provide compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, and other damages related to the accident.
