July 18, 2026, Fresno, CA: An officer and another party were involved in an injury accident at a Fresno intersection on Saturday afternoon.
According to Your Central Valley, the collision happened at 3:40 p.m. at the intersection of Belmont and Clovis Avenues. Police confirmed that a police cruiser and a sedan were involved in a forceful collision while crossing the intersection. This caused the police vehicle to roll several times before it came to a stop on all four wheels.
Paramedics and numerous other responders were called to the scene. The officer and civilian were both injured in the accident and received treatment.
