July 15, 2026, Bakersfield, CA: A major accident that led to injuries took place at an intersection in Bakersfield on Wednesday afternoon.
According to California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at 3:05 p.m. at the intersection of Oswell Street and Kent Drive. Police confirmed that a Tesla and one other vehicle collided in the area, leading to extensive damage.
