May 12, 2026, Visalia, CA: An injury accident took place at an intersection in Visalia on Tuesday afternoon.
According to Visalia Stringer, the collision happened at 2 p.m. at the intersection of Riggin Avenue and North Akers Street. Police confirmed that a sideswipe accident involving two pickup trucks took place at the intersection. One of the pickup trucks had extensive front-end damage as a result.
Paramedics were dispatched to the scene after the accident. One or more parties sustained minor injuries and were hospitalized.
