May 27, 2026, Bakersfield, CA: A car accident that led to injuries took place on a highway in Bakersfield on Wednesday afternoon.
According to California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at 3:03 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of SR-58 around the area of Mt. Vernon Avenue. Police confirmed that two vehicles collided with each other near Randy’s Motor Club. The vehicles sustained severe damage as a result.
