April 12, 2026, Visalia, CA: One person was injured in a two-vehicle collision at an intersection in Visalia on Sunday morning.
According to Visalia Stringer, the accident happened at 6:30 a.m. at the intersection of Walnut Avenue and Thomas Street. Police confirmed that two vehicles collided with one another head-on in the area, leading to extensive damages.
One person sustained injuries in the collision. They were taken to the hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.
Westbound lanes on Walnut were blocked for some time. Police worked to clear the scene and both vehicles were removed by tow trucks.
