March 9, 2026, Visalia, CA: On Monday morning, one person was injured in a car accident that occurred at a Visalia intersection.
The accident, according to Visalia Stringer, happened around 11:30 a.m. at the intersection of Mineral King Avenue and County Center Drive. Police confirmed that a Maserati SUV and a Lexus sedan collided with one another at the intersection. The force of the accident sent the sedan over the curb and into a light pole, where it landed on some rocks. Both vehicles had extensive front-end damage.
One person sustained injuries as a result of the accident. They were taken to Kaweah Health by American Ambulance. Their condition is not known at this time.
The investigation into the circumstances of the collision remains ongoing.
