San Luis Obispo County, CA – On the afternoon of Wednesday, February 18, 2026, a multi-vehicle collision resulted in six people sustaining injuries, according to The Tribune.
The California Highway Patrol reports that the accident took place around 3:13 PM on the southbound side of Highway 101 south of Vineyard Drive.
Authorities said four vehicles were involved in the crash, which occurred near Templeton and led to significant traffic disruption. One of the vehicles deployed its airbags during the impact, and all four vehicles ultimately came to rest in the center divide and along the roadside.
