December 8, 2025, Visalia, CA: On Monday night, injuries resulted from a near head-on collision at a Visalia intersection.
According to Visalia Stringer, the accident took place around 7:50 p.m. at the intersection of Akers Street and Noble Avenue. Police confirmed that a blue Kia sedan was headed northbound through the intersection. The driver collided almost head-on with the driver of a silver Jeep. Both vehicles sustained severe damage in the accident.
Paramedics and several other responders were dispatched to the scene. The driver of the Kia sustained injuries and was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
No further details have been released. The investigation into the accident remains ongoing.
