Fresno, CA – On the morning of Monday, December 1, 2025, a two-vehicle collision sent a Lexus onto a pole, resulting in injuries, according to KSEE.

The California Highway Patrol reports that the accident took place around 6:30 AM at the intersection of Shields and Grantland avenues, in front of the Grant Market Liquor.

Authorities said the crash occurred when a truck allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with a Lexus, causing the smaller vehicle to be pushed into a nearby pole. The impact left both vehicles heavily damaged, with debris scattered across the intersection.

Emergency responders arrived at the scene and transported one individual to the hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the crash. No further details have been released at this time.

CHP stated that the incident remains under investigation as officers work to determine the precise circumstances that led to the collision.
