December 8, 2025, Lindsay, CA: A big rig accident with injuries occurred on a highway in Lindsay on Monday night.
According to Visalia Stringer, the collision took place at 8:28 p.m. on SR-137 near the area of Road 196. Police confirmed that a big rig was involved in an accident with a sedan. The big rig overturned on the highway as a result.
Paramedics and numerous other emergency responders were called to the scene. At least one person was taken to the hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.
Police urged those in the area to use an alternate route. They worked to clear the scene as quickly as possible.
No further details have been released but the investigation into the accident remains ongoing.
