According to Visalia Stringer, the accident happened at 3 p.m. in the westbound lanes of CA-198 near the area of the Akers Street on-ramp. A motorcyclist was traveling on the highway when they were involved in a collision with a motor vehicle due to reasons that remain under investigation.
