Support for Families Following Fatal Visalia Motorcycle Accidents
Motorcycle accidents are some of the most devastating collisions that happen on our roads. Motorcyclists have too few protections from harm when up against large passenger vehicles. Drivers are supposed to constantly be on the lookout for motorcyclists so accidents can be prevented. However, drivers are sometimes speeding or distracted and might not notice a motorcycle until the last second. If you have lost a loved one in a fatal motorcycle accident, you may wonder what options you have. You may be eligible to receive compensation for some of the following aspects:
- Medical bills your loved one incurred in the hospital
- Loss of income within a household
- Pain and suffering damages
- Funeral and burial expenses
- Loss of consortium or companionship
- Punitive damages
