Fresno County, CA – On the morning of Saturday, September 27, 2025, a head-on crash left two drivers with major injuries, according to KSEE.
The California Highway Patrol reports that the collision took place around 9:00 AM at the intersection of Shaw and Floyd Avenues, just east of the community of Biola.
When officers arrived, they found a Toyota Tacoma and a Dodge Dart that had collided head-on. The impact caused extensive damage to both vehicles. North Central Fire District crews responded and used the Jaws of Life to extricate the drivers. Paramedics transported both victims to local hospitals with serious injuries.
Investigators determined that alcohol and drugs did not play a role in the accident. Officers stated that distracted driving remains a possible factor.
The CHP described the crash as “horrific” and reminded drivers to keep their attention on the road. The identities of those involved have not yet been released at this time.
Personal Injury Claims
After a traffic accident, victims and their families often deal with unexpected financial burdens, such as medical bills, lost income, and, in the worst cases, burial costs. A Personal Injury Claim allows accident victims to hold the at-fault party financially responsible for their costs of care.
