Determining Liability in a Fatal Fresno Bicycle Accident
Bicycle accidents are some of the most catastrophic accidents on our roads. Aside from a helmet, riders have virtually no protection from harm when they become involved in a crash with any type of vehicle. When one of these accidents occurs, family members may have support. Working with an attorney can determine if your loved one’s accident happened due to negligent reasons. These may include:
- Distracted driving, such as texting while driving
- Drunk or drugged driving
- Speeding
- Fatigued driving
Speaking with an attorney as soon as possible can ensure that your rights are being protected after losing a loved one in a fatal collision.
