Support for Victims of Fresno Car Accidents
Many people believe that car accidents at intersections are always minor fender-benders but this is far from the truth. Far too many of these collisions lead to extensive damage and even life-threatening results. If you have been hurt in an intersection accident, of course the first thing you will need to do is show who is liable for your accident. If you can successfully move forward with a personal injury claim, you may be eligible for the following types of damages:
- Medical expenses you have incurred or will incur in the future related to your injuries
- Loss of income due to missed time at work
- Pain and suffering
- Loss of enjoyment of life
You have limited time to file a personal injury claim after an accident. You have two years under the law to file your claim until you are barred from doing so, according to California’ statute of limitations.
