July 20, 2025, Bakersfield, CA: A motorcyclist was critically injured in an accident that took place at an intersection in Bakersfield on Sunday night.
According to information provided by Bakersfield Now, the collision happened around 10:32 p.m. at the intersection of Union Avenue and 34th Street. Police confirmed that a minivan and a motorcycle collided with each other at the intersection. They further confirmed that a minivan was making a turn at the intersection and a broadside occurred involving the motorcycle.
Police confirmed that the motorcyclist involved in the accident, identified as an adult male, sustained severe injuries. He was rushed to the hospital and is currently in critical condition.
