July 8, 2025, Los Banos, CA: A car accident that led to an argument took place at an intersection in Los Banos and caused injuries on Tuesday.
The accident, according to information provided by the California Highway Patrol, occurred at 5:38 a.m. at the intersection of Russell Avenue and Aqua Vista Street. Police confirmed that a green Honda Accord and a white BMW collided with one another near the intersection.
Following the accident, the drivers of both vehicles got out to speak with each other. The driver of the Honda Accord allegedly punched the driver of the BMW and then got back into their vehicle, fleeing the scene. It is believed that they have damage on their vehicle.
Injuries were reported as a result of the accident.
Police did not say if they found the driver of the BMW. Their investigation into the accident, however, remains ongoing.
