April 26, 2025, Fresno, CA: A fatal bicycle accident took place at an intersection in Fresno on Saturday evening.
According to information provided by Your Central Valley, the accident happened at 11 p.m. at the intersection of Jensen Avenue and Highway 41. Police confirmed that a bicyclist was struck by a driver in a passenger vehicle and knocked onto the roadway. The driver came to a stop a short distance away from the scene and cooperated with police.
First responders attempted life-saving measures on the severely injured bicyclist. However, he was tragically pronounced dead on scene.
No further details have been released at this time but the investigation into the accident continues.
