April 2, 2025, Visalia, CA: A major collision with injuries took place at an intersection in Visalia on Wednesday afternoon.
According to information provided by the Visalia Watchdog Facebook page, the accident happened at 3:45 p.m. at the intersection of Shirk Road and Caldwell Avenue. Police confirmed that a red Ford Mustang and a pickup truck collided with each other at the intersection due to reasons that remain under investigation.
One person suffered major injuries as a result of the accident and was rushed to the hospital by American Ambulance. It is not known if any other parties were hurt.
California Highway Patrol continues its investigation into the circumstances leading up to the accident at this time.
