April 2, 2025, Rosamond, CA: Two vehicles were involved in a collision with injuries at a Rosamond intersection on Wednesday night.
The accident, according to information provided by Bakersfield Now, happened around 8:40 p.m. at the intersection of West Rosamond Boulevard and 35th Street West in front of the local Dollar General. Police confirmed that a driver in an SUV was traveling recklessly when, all of a sudden, it was involved in a T-bone collision with a sedan. One of the vehicles slammed into a pole and another ended up in front of the nearby Rosamond library.
The unidentified driver of the sedan sustained major injuries and was transported to a local hospital. It is not known if anyone else was hurt in the collision.
No further details have been released but the investigation into the collision continues at this time.
