March 24, 2025, Visalia, CA: One person was injured in a car accident that took place at an intersection in Visalia on Monday morning.
The accident, according to information provided by Facebook’s Visalia Stringer page, occurred at 8:19 a.m. at the intersection of Caldwell Avenue and Burke Street. Police confirmed that an SUV and a sedan collided with each other due to reasons that remain under investigation. The SUV had severe front-end damage and the sedan was struck on the rear passenger’s side.
One person reported injuries as a result of the collision. They were rushed to the hospital for immediate treatment.
The roadway was blocked in one or more lanes until police cleared the scene.
