March 20, 2025, Modesto, CA: Injuries were reported in a car accident that took place on a Modesto highway on Thursday night.
According to information provided by KCRA, the accident happened around 9:15 p.m. in the southbound lanes of Highway 99 near the area of Carpenter Road. Police confirmed that two vehicles were involved in the collision, causing both of them to roll over in the southbound lanes.
One ambulance was requested to the scene following the accident. At least one or more victims were hospitalized with injuries.
All southbound lanes of traffic were blocked after the collision as police worked to clear the scene.
