February 10, 2025, Fresno, CA: A man tragically lost his life in a pedestrian accident in Fresno on Monday night.
The accident, according to information provided by Your Central Valley, occurred around 7:50 p.m. on Clinton Avenue around the area of Barton Avenue. Police confirmed that a truck was traveling east on Clinton when a man started to cross the road. The driver of the truck claimed that they were unable to avoid the collision and struck the man.
The pedestrian, identified as a 58-year-old man, was rushed to a local hospital with traumatic injuries. He was tragically pronounced dead while there.
No further details have been released but the investigation into the collision continues.
