January 3, 2025, Fresno, CA: On Friday morning in Fresno, a vehicle crashed into a building and caused injuries in several individuals.
The accident, according to Your Central Valley, took place around 11 a.m. at Uncle Harry’s New York Bagelry at the intersection of Cedar Avenue and Shaw Avenue. Police confirmed that a driver of a silver Lexus allegedly pressed on the wrong pedal, sending their vehicle into the bagel shop where approximately 25 people were inside.
The driver of the Lexus, as well as their passenger, were injured and treated on scene. Three people who were inside the restaurant at the time were treated on scene by paramedics and one was hospitalized for further treatment.
Police confirmed that Uncle Harry’s will be closed for a period of time due to the accident.
No further details have been released but the investigation into the accident continues at this time.
