September 14, 2024, Fresno, CA: A woman tragically lost her life in a fatal pedestrian accident that took place at a Fresno intersection on Saturday morning.
According to ABC30 news reports, the accident happened around 3 a.m. at the intersection of Blackstone Avenue and Spruce Avenue. A female pedestrian was walking in the area when she was suddenly struck by a vehicle that was traveling south on Blackstone. The driver stopped and remained on scene following the accident.
The pedestrian, identified as a 70-year-old woman, was tragically pronounced dead on scene due to her injuries. The driver of the vehicle was not hurt.
