September 19, 2024, Fresno, CA: An individual lost their life in a tragic pedestrian accident that took place on a Fresno highway on Thursday morning.
According to information provided by Your Central Valley, the accident happened around 10:45 a.m. on Highway 180 around the area of Highway 41. A pedestrian was running across the road in the area when they were suddenly struck by a passenger vehicle. The driver stopped at the scene and told police they were unable to avoid the pedestrian in time.
The pedestrian was tragically pronounced dead on scene as a result of their injuries. Nobody else was allegedly hurt in the accident.
