Santa Maria is an incredibly busy city where agriculture plays an important role in the lives of many. Roads within the city are busy at all hours of the day, which means that vulnerable parties like pedestrians are supposed to be as careful as possible. Even when pedestrians are using special care on our roads, drivers may not be. A reckless driver could very quickly cause a life-altering pedestrian accident with catastrophic results.
Far too many pedestrian accidents in Santa Maria and the rest of California lead to fatal results each year. Families are often left in a difficult position after they have suffered the loss of a loved one due to a fatal pedestrian accident. As they are grieving, they should not have to worry about the financial aspects associated with their losses. Seeking legal assistance is incredibly vital after a pedestrian accident leads to a fatality.
